Please Note : Due to the large number (more than 40 calls per week and increasing) of fraudulent and un marketing calls we receive from blocked phone numbers (Caller ID blocked or 'private' numbers), we can no longer afford to answer any call from a blocked number. There are no exceptions. If you are calling (or have called from) a CID blocked number more than twice without leaving a message, your number will automatically be permanently blocked from making further calls to us (we won't even hear the phone ring). If you have tried to call us multiple times without leaving a message, please use the form below and we will contact you to work with Optus to unblock your phone number. Usually, you can temporarily unblock the CID for mobile and some landline phones by using a menu option or special key sequence. The exact steps depend on the make and model of the phone. Existing customers will already appreciate the level of courtesy we extend to all our customers at all times, and we hope you will understand the reasons why we can't afford to stop work to keep answering private calls that in nearly all cases resolve to Bahamas vacations, free flights to Singapore, mobile phone deals, or long-drawn-out offers to change our gas bill, phone bill, or electricity bill. We especially enjoy being hung up on or abused by these callers when we ask to have our number removed. We're sure many of our customers are in a similar boat.
