What You Say About Us...

Don't believe everything we say! Here's where we post comments and feedback from clients just like you, so you can see and hear what others in your situation say about us. (And, just for the record, we'll not just be posting the "good" comments - if customers have a legitimate concern, it might save you time and effort to know just what we can and can't do!)

Genuine customer feedback is really hard to come by, so we're particularly pleased when customers do take the time to tell us what they really think.

Please note that all customer comments and feedback shown on this page are unsolicited, and these customers have no relationship of any kind with Audiography. While all of our customers are delighted (after all, that's our aim!), we only list comments we receive "out of the blue", and we never ask customers to send us emails, even when they've phoned us to express their thanks. When you think about it, it's a bit self-gratifying to paraphrase phone calls and "Thank You" cards... So we don't.

Customer: Greg E., Mount Waverley    (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: I had an old scratchy Goons 45 rpm single that I thought was past it. But I enquired anyway and boy was I glad I did! I now have a professional looking CD with a recording that lets me hear what's supposed to be there, and my scratchy old single has been returned completely intact! To say I'm pleased is an understatement.
Thanks Audiography...I'll be using you again for sure!!

Customer: Ryan L., New Jersey   (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: Peter, I received the disc today.  It is GREAT!  Better than I could have hoped for.  The Album cover and titles were a nice touch. You guys did a great job.  Thanks again, Ryan

Customer: Christine W., Tasmania   (Here's a link that Chris supplied, to her website, "Kookaburra Capers")

Comments: Hi Peter,
It arrived and thank you so so much, I am just so impressed with your work and will tell others about the brilliant job you have done.
Once again thank you so very much for an extremely professional job.
Cheers
Chris

Customer: Lisa D., Beaumauris    (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: Hey Peter, thanks for your email! But this is where I need to have a very gentle growl at you - you provide an excellent service at a very reasonable cost, and your level of customer service is absolutely fantastic. So you really shouldn't discount your work! Especially when you invested time and petrol money to deliver the CD, as in my case. Most people are very happy to pay a fair fee for a good product, and I certainly fully expected to pay for the second CD.
And I will happily recommend you to any of my friends who are looking to convert their albums to CD.
Thanks again for turning this around so quickly! Until next time . . .
Lisa

Customer: Gerard B., Richmond   (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: Peter I just wanted to let you know I am delighted with the CD

You have done an excellent job and it was a pleasure to listen to... I think its actually better than the LP

Reproducing the cover so well was also great

Thks again, Gerard

Customer: Marcus C., North Sydney  (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: They are brilliant – thank you so much Pete.
Considering the terrible quality of the original which was recorded from reel to reel many years ago, the final result is amazingly good.
I am very very happy indeed.
I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know who may want the same.
Marcus.

Customer: Bob D., Cambridgeshire, UK  (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: G'day Pete,

Thank you for all your efforts to make this into something (silk purse, sows ear etc.) I got it this morning and it's now as we speak on it's third play. The sound is typical of the cellar clubs and dance halls of Manchester in the sixties. I got a tingle up my spine as I heard some of those old riffs from the past. Long live rock'n'roll.

Once again, thank you again for bringing back (what seemed a daunting challenge) something very special and personal.

If I can ever help with the promotion of your business in the UK take it as read you're the business.

Take care, you're UK contact ,Bob.

Customer: Barbara G., Bathurst  (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: Dear Peter,
I have now received the CD, etc that you sent. Many thanks for this. It has turned out a bit better than I expected. I know the original was not in very good condition.
Again, many thanks and should I get the chance I would use or recommend you again....
Regards,
Barbara

Customer: Tim S., Weston, ACT   (Name and email address supplied)

Comments:

Fantastic! Thank you. I realise the recordings weren't great to begin with.

All in all I'd just like to say that I am really impressed with your level of service so far, particularly for such a small job. I look forward to receiving the Cd's.
Regards
Tim

Customer: Chris G., Menzies Creek, Victoria   (Name and email address supplied)

Comments: Hi Peter,

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!! Thank you Maestro. This score has never sounded so good. No clicks or pops and the track separations are all fine. I can hear what you mean about track 11 'the fire' with the deep resonating quiet opening , but it comes across as it did in the film with a indescernable rumble, and then all its cacophonic glory. In the film it was used as the locust plague slowly consumes the crop, only to be destroyed by the fire.

Again, all I can say is brilliant, and thank you. I know the 'Sad Lovers and Giants' disc will be just as fine and I am already
working out my selection for project #3 for you!

Later.

Chris G

Customer: David B., Bathurst  (Name & email address supplied)

Comments: Thanks Peter! The CDs are amazing! Your attention to detail is far beyond anything I could have asked for.

Cheers,
David
